HMWV is a brand new experiment in community capitalism. For the cost of a movie ticket you can sponsor a vlogger and help them produce content that is not usually seen in mainstream media. The way it works is that HMWV acts as a gateway to fundable.com, and is completely dedicated to the art of vlogging. The site lists one project in need of funding per month, the amount they require to complete the project, and project details. Anyone can submit an online proposal through the site.
